Tilapia (fillet)

Boneless, skin-on or skinless fillets, professionally trimmed and IQF frozen (≤ -18°C) to preserve freshness, texture, and nutritional value, with shelf life up to 24 months. Clean white color, firm texture, fresh odor, glazing 0–10%. Packed in food-grade polybag and carton (5 kg / 10 kg). Standard size: 3–5 oz, 5–7 oz, 7–9 oz, others available upon request. Suitable for retail, food service, and further processing.

Whole fish, cleaned and eviscerated, then frozen under controlled temperature (≤ -18°C) to preserve freshness, texture, and nutritional quality, ensuring stable shelf life up to 24 months. Processed in accordance with export standards (HACCP compliant) with natural dark red color, fresh odor, and histamine level ≤ 50 ppm. Packed in food-grade polybag and carton box (10 kg / 20 kg). Standard market size: 1.8–3 kg (63–106 oz), with other sizes available upon request. Suitable for canning industry, processing plants, and bulk distributors requiring consistent and reliable raw material.

Ribbon fish (frozen)

Trichiurus lepturus

Ribbon Fish, also known as Hairtail or Beltfish (Trichiurus lepturus), is a marine species widely recognized for its long, slender, ribbon-like body and bright silver skin. Sourced from Indonesian waters, this fish offers white, tender meat with a mild flavor, making it suitable for a wide range of culinary applications and seafood processing industries. The product is available in various size grades including 100–200 g, 200–300 g, 300–500 g, 500–700 g, and 700–1000 g per piece, all carefully sorted to ensure uniformity. It is offered in both Grade A, featuring a natural shiny appearance, firm texture, and minimal defects, and Grade B, which may have slight imperfections but remains suitable for general consumption and processing.

The fish is processed under strict quality control using blast freezing or IQF methods at -18°C or below, with 10–20% glazing to maintain freshness, and packed in standard export cartons of 10 kg or 20 kg. With a shelf life of up to 24 months under proper frozen storage, Ribbon Fish is a reliable and cost-effective seafood option for global markets, particularly in Asia, where it is widely consumed and utilized in both fresh and processed forms.
